Highest Point | IPA
6.8% ABV | 57 IBU
American IPA at its finest. We use two fantastic IPA hops to create a unique and extremely drinkable concoction. We start with Chinook to give it a strong base bitterness and then we aggressively hop in the whirlpool with both Chinook and Galaxy to get a flavor balance of piney/dankness with tropical fruit, peach, and citrus. We then dry hop in the fermenter to increase the final aroma. We did not forget the malt as it provides a strong backbone that does not allow the hops to overpower the drinker. Enjoy! 
**SGB Flagship Beer**

Kinnikinnick Kream | Cream Ale
5.2% ABV | 15 IBU
A clean, well-attenuated and flavorful ‘lawnmower-esque’ beer. Very drinkable and refreshing, similar to an American Lager, but with more character. Medium-low malt notes will be present along with a sweet corn-like aroma. Very light and crisp with a high refreshing level of carbonation.

Crooked Rafter | Kolsch
5.5% ABV | 19 IBU
A classic German style. We use imported malt from Cologne, Germany (home of the Kolsch style) to provide the canvas and hops from the Hallertau region of Germany provide the delicate and subtle balance required for this style. A neutral American yeast is then used to help "dry" out the beer and let the malt base shine through.

Great White Buffalo | Coffee Cream Ale
5.2% ABV | 15 IBU
Our Kinnikinnick Kream ale infused with whole roasted coffee from Driven Coffee Roasters in Chaska, MN.

Nut Hugger | Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter
4.5% ABV | 18 IBU
Our Nut Hugger Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter checks all the boxes for those with a sweet tooth. Rich layers of pure liquid cacao supported by the underlying peanut butter will remind many of a candy favorite. National Craft Beer Medal winner!

Outside the Loop #1 | Honey Rye
7% ABV | 20 IBU
Spilled Grain Brewhouse and Foxhole Brewhouse (Willmar, MN) are excited to announce Outside the Loop #1. Our goal with the “Outside the Loop” series is to partner with breweries in greater MN to help bring attention to the awesome beer available all throughout the state. These beers will be unusual/rare styles or have unique twists on traditional styles as we think “Outside the Loop”.  Number 1 in the series is an American Rye summer ale made with local honey. Clocking in at 7% (well above the standard ~5% for an American Rye), this beer will have a light refreshing body, residual sweetness from the honey, light earthy notes from the hops, and a hint of spiciness (peppery) from the rye malt. 

Bearded Man | Old Ale

A full bodied, complex, and rich style that displays the specialty malt bill and alcohol strength with ease. Flavors such as caramel, toffee, molasses, brown sugar, raisin, and sherry will dance across your tongue. Winner of FOURTEEN craft beer medals, including most recently third place Best in Show at the 2025 MN Brewer’s Cup.

Hopflix & Chill | American Pale Ale
4.2% ABV | 43 IBU
Kick back, press play, and let the good vibes roll. Hopflix and Chill is our easy-going pale ale brewed for binge-worthy nights and lazy afternoons alike. Waimea hops bring bright citrus and tropical fruit notes, while Mosaic layers in bursts of berry, pine, and mango for a perfectly balanced hop-forward experience. Crisp, smooth, and endlessly drinkable, this pale ale is the perfect co-star for whatever’s on the screen.

Fishing Buddies | Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Sour
4.9% ABV | 3 IBU
Fishing is always better with a buddy, and so is brewing beer! This strawberry vanilla smoothie sour was developed and brewed with our good friends from Bobbing Bobber Brewing Company in Hutchinson, MN. Tart, fruity and balanced this beer has layers of goodness, just like a great friendship!

Hipster Haze | Hazy IPA

Hipsters love anything cool (is it ironic to admit that?) and hazy IPAs are in! We decided to do the "uncool" thing and brew one. This is the first hazy we ever made and we keep bringing it back because it’s a taproom favorite for sure. This beer is a big juicy haze bomb with flavors of tropical/stone fruit, citrus, grapefruit, and pineapple with a soft finish that makes you come back for more! Bronze medal winner at 2019 MN Brewer's Cup.

Innuendo | Hard Seltzer
4.2% ABV | 0 IBU
A Gluten-free hard seltzer with rotating flavors. Current featured flavor is WHITE PEACH!

Dumps Like a Truck | Light American Lager
4.0% ABV | 10 IBU
This one’s for the hard hats and high viz—Dumps Like a Truck is our no-nonsense American Lite Lager brewed to keep you cool when the job’s hot. Clean, crisp, and lighter than a load of gravel, it goes down smoother than freshly poured concrete. Brewed with American pilsner malt and a gentle touch of corn, it’s as easy-drinking as it is refreshing—perfect after a long day on the grind or a short walk to the taproom. No frills. No fuss. Just a beer that knows how to work. Clock out and crack one open.

Train Wreck | Imperial Black IPA
10.2% ABV | 103 IBU
Imperial, from the Latin word Imperium, meaning to "command respect and authority". With its substantial alcohol strength, aggressive bitterness, and hop flavor this beer commands the drinker's taste buds with unrelenting authority. In a unique twist, dark specialty malts were included to increase the already substantial depth and flavor, adding to the overall complexity. Experience this behemoth while it lasts!

Oaked Mild Mannered | Oak Barrel Aged English Mild
3.4% ABV | 17 IBU
Mild Mannered is a traditional English Mild Ale, known for its subtle yet satisfying profile. It pours a rich, chestnut-brown color with a slight ruby hue, with aromas of toasted malts, caramel, light coffee and a hint of nuttiness.
On the palate, expect smooth malt flavors with a light sweetness, offering touches of toffee, biscuit, and roasted character. Just enough hop bitterness provides balance, without overpowering the malt-forward nature of the beer.
With its lower ABV and gentle flavors, Mild Mannered is the perfect fall session beer, ideal for sipping and savoring. Its easygoing character lives up to its name, offering a pleasant drinking experience that never shouts, but always delivers. Bronze medal winner at 2025 Best of Craft Beer Awards.
